We have discussed why a Gratitude Journal is a good place to start. However if you are struggling to come up with three things that you are grateful for or your want to write more than a quick list, here are 30 Journal Prompts to help you on your way.

- Find something beginning with the letter “R” you are grateful for. Explain why?
- Send a thank you note or text to a person you are thankful for.

- Name someone from your past you are grateful for
- What is your favourite season of the year?
- What is the weather like today? What makes you grateful about this type of weather?
- Write about a memory you are grateful for.
